On April 14, 2017, Xi'an Tianrui delivered two small-type linear motion shale shaker TRZS752 to customer in northern China HDD construction.This shale shaker is designed and equipped according to customer’s site condition and requirement.The vibration strength reached 6.5G.The other characteristics are as follows: 2 pieces shaker screen of 900 * 750mm, the adjustment screen box angle: 0 ~ 3 °. This shale shaker can adjust the angle of the screen box according to the drilling mud density and therefore maximize the treating capacity of the shale shaker.
Xi'an Tianrui responses to the call of the State Environmental Protection Agency, developed a small HDD mud recovery system for domestic trenchless engineering on the base of foreign non-excavation mud processing system. China paid more and more attention to the environment protection on piling, horizontal directional drilling, urban shield and other engineering project.The waste mud can not be discharged freely.It must meet the national environment protection discharging standards. Xi'an Tianrui researched and developed HDD mud recovery system through which can not only separate the solid phase from the drilling mud fluid but you can add bentonite to the mud and recycled the drilling fluid.It is a large circulation system. This system greatly reduced the waste of bentonite and cut the drilling cost.
Xi'an Tianrui HDD mud cleaning system mainly composed of the mud shale shaker, desander, desilter, mud agitator,sand pump, jet mud mixer and mud tank. With the advantages of small size, convenient transportation, stable operation, less maintenance and so on. The main process of HDD mud recovery system produced by Xi'an Tianrui is to draw out the mud in the mud pit through the mud pump, and send it to the mud shaker for the first stage treatment to separate the big particles in the mud. Then, the mud is transported to the mud desander for the second stage treatment to remove the particles bigger than 45μm, and then through the sand pump to the desilter to operate the third stage separation to get rid of 45μm ~ 25μm particles. And then through the jet mud mixer to add bentonite to the mud, through the mud agitator to stir mud evenly, the mud recycled. This system is the most advanced processing solid control system currently used for domestic trenchless, shield and piling.
