HDD mud recovery system is to remove those useless or even harmful cuttings and sediment in time and keep the useful bentonite and other chemical additives retained as much as possible. Through a series of drilling mud solid control equipment,such as shale shaker,desander,desilter or even decanting centrifuge,the useless cuttings can be removed and the cleaned mud can be recycled to the drilling head through the mud pump,which turns waste into treasure and makes considerable economic benefits, also promotes the improvement domestic solid control level.
Application of HDD technology in our country is not long and the drilling mud treatment does not have its own system or standard.It is largely applied the method of oilfield drilling mud treatment.
