Xi’an TR Solid Control sent one set TRZYQ1000 mud gas separator and two sets TRZS585 shale shaker to client’s drilling site in Northwest China last week.I had the chance to go to the site and to serve our client.
The TRZYQ1000 mud gas separator delivered to the drilling site together with the shale shaker.The shale shaker and the mud gas separator have installed in place and are waiting for checking.

TRZYQ1000 mud gas separator possesses 240 cubic meter treatment capacity.The diameter of the main body reaches 1000mm.The mud inlet pipe diameter is 125mm or 5 inches while the output pipe diameter is 200mm or 8 inches.The gas discharge pipe diameter is 200mm or 8 inches.The total weight of the mud gas separator reaches to 2235kg.
