The drilling fluid returned from the rig to the ground first is separated by the lower vibrating screen and the larger particles are removed.Then through the cyclone desander,the sand in the fluid is removed. Finally, the drilling fluid was flow through the finer screen(large mesh No.).The cleaned fluid directly flowed into the slurry pool and recycled through the submersible slurry pump to the drilling wellhead. It greatly reduced the waste of the mud, decreased the wear of the drill, improved the drilling speed, cut the total cost of the project.
