 Functions of JQB6545 shear pump:

It can greatly improve the degree of hydration of the bentonite soil.
The degree of dispersion and hydration of the particles in the water depends on the amount of the electrolyte in the water, the time, the temperature, the number and concentration of the surface-replaceable cations.It can save more than 30% bentonite if applied shear pump in case the same other conditions.

The shear pump allows the polymer to be cut and hydrated as soon as possible.The directly added polymer is not easy to hydrate because of its huge molecular mass. Therefore, the polymer is required to be pre-sheared. Shear pump can provide high shear efficiency, speed up the polymer dilution, hydration process.

Structure and working principle:
The shearing pump consists of impeller, volute, bearing, packing box, drive shaft, pulley, combination belt, motor and bearing.
Shear pump impeller is different from the general pump impeller, the structure is more complex. It is the core part of the shear pump with a high shear efficiency. Impeller mainly consists of five parts: axial turbines, liquid-storage tanks, pump wheels, pressurized cabin and shear board. Axial turbines, pump wheels, liquid-storage tanks are made of stainless steel with precision cast into one whole, the structure is very compact.

The axial flow turbine provides a fluid with a certain amount and energy for the pump wheel and liquid-storage tank, 50% of the fluid is discharged through the pump wheel into the volute, and 50% is absorbed by the liquid-storage tank. The unique design of the pressurized tank allows the fluid in the tank to have a certain amount of energy. The fluid discharged through the pump wheel flows parallel to the shear plate with a high flow rate. The absorbed fluid in the liquid-storage tank is jetted through the 44 nozzles perpendicular to the shear plate.The jetted fluid mixed with the fluid discharged from the pump wheel impact the sawtooth of the outer round surface of the shear plate at a high flow rate, and the shear plate is rotated at a high speed to cut the fluid again. Therefore, the fluid  flowing through the impeller is subjected to multiple shearing effects. 

The impeller has the following shear effects: 
   1) high-speed stirring shear.
   2) jet shear.
   3) jet impact.
   4) shear with the flow change
   5) the low-pressure shear hopper and mud guns have a high shear efficiency, thereby greatly       improving the comprehensive shear efficiency.
