The drilling centrifugal pump is designed and produced by TR for handling drilling fluids. This pump plays an important role for drilling muds transfer in solid control system. Such as, the drillings from mud tank to shale shaker, the pump is the connection as bridge. As the object is drilling mud from deep ground ,our pump is designed for anti-abrasive, anti-corrosive with a long service life. These pumps are designed for a wide range of flow rates, from a few gallons per minute to thousands of gallons per minute.
TRSB series centrifugal pump is the ideal equipment to provide impetus for most solid control equipments. It can also be used as Charge Pump auxiliary perfusion for mud pump and Trip Pump for drilling well head. Centrifugal pump is also called sand pump. Drilling Mud decanter centrifuge adopts centrifugal force to separate solid particles out of drilling fluid. Different solid or particle have different density and flow speed, drilling mud decanter centrifuge also can separate particles as different size and density. Drilling mud decanter centrifuge is widely used in oil and gas drilling, chemical, foodstuff, pharmacy, mineral beneficiation, water treatment, etc. industries.The feed enters the bowl through a stationary inlet tube and is accelerated smoothly by an inlet rotor. The resulting drilling mud decanter centrifuge forces make the solids collect on the wall of the bowl. The conveyor and the bowl rotate in the same direction, but at different speeds, which has the effect of moving the solids towards the conical end of the bowl for removal.
